You can change your fonts in VS Code settings.

Command Palette (cmd + shift + p) -> Preferences: Open Settings (UI) Keyboard Shortcut: cmd + ,

Editor: Font Family Editor: Font Size -> 16 Editor: Line Height -> 28 Editor: Font Ligatures -> true Editor: Mouse Wheel Zoom -> checked
